On November 12, 2018, The Third Annual Gala was held at The Metropolitan Club in New York City. We had two new guest speakers discuss their innovative research in the brain tumor medical field.

Mrs. Barbara Booth, Master of Ceremonies is an award-winning and renowned journalist and reporter for CNBC where she is a special reports senior editor and investigative reporter who has previously probed the topic of pediatric brain tumors.

Dr. Mazen Kamen is the president and co-founder of The Kamen Brain Tumor Foundation and an associate professor of medicine in cardiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Mark Souweidane is vice-chairman of the department of neurological surgery, professor in the department of neurological surgery and pediatrics, and director of pediatric neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Howard Fine is associate director of translational research of the Sandra and Edward Meyer Cancer Center, and chief of the division of neuro-oncology in the department of neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical College.
